THE GHOST OF PUFFY is a book about my childhood when I acted like a cat... too much.  The only thing I wanted in the world more than to be a cat was to have a cat of my own.  After a great deal of begging on my part, my parents finally caved and got me a kitten.  

‘Puffy’ became my best friend, and I fully dedicated myself to being a cat.  This book is part one of our story.

This is my very first REAL BOOK. I’ve been working on ole Puffy for so long it is hard to believe that I have actual physical copies stacked on my desk. I decided to go whole hog for this first edition and had it printed on a Risograph printer at Colour Code Printing in Toronto. I am so happy with the results- it has rich, nuanced ink and the screentone gives it such an authentic old manga aesthetic. I’m already well underway on Part 2.!
